Customer Reviews
Generally positive experience
I purchased a custom-sized Synthetic Sisal rug for my entryway. The online customization tool was easy to use, and I appreciated being able to visualize the different binding options. The rug arrived well-packaged, and the quality is good; it feels very durable for a high-traffic area. My only minor issue was that the color of the 'Linen Binding' was slightly darker in person than it appeared on my screen, but it still works with my decor. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping timeline. Overall, a solid choice for natural fiber rugs, just be aware screen colors might vary a little.
Rug arrived quickly
Ordered a small Wool Rug. It came in about a week. Quality seems good. Easy purchase.
Good quality, minor delay
I ordered a 9x12 Seagrass Area Rug with Wide Cotton Binding. The ordering process online was pretty straightforward, easy to customize the size and binding. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but I understand custom pieces take time. The rug itself is high quality, no weird smells, and it laid flat quickly. I had a question about cleaning it after it arrived and customer support responded within a day with helpful tips. The non-slip rug pad I also ordered works well. Overall, satisfied with the purchase and the product's durability.
Always reliable quality
I've ordered a few times now, most recently a custom Jute Rug for the living room. It's just as good as the last one I got for the office, which still looks great after a couple of years. Shipping took about 10 days to get here, which was expected for a custom piece. They're consistent, that's why I keep coming back.
Worth the wait
I was looking for a specific size Oval Jute Rug and most places were too expensive. I found a newsletter sign-up offer here and used that for 10% off my first order. The total price was much better than competitors. Shipping took 12 days to reach my house in Arizona, which felt a little long, but for the savings, it was definitely worth it. The rug looks great.
Got a great deal
Needed a new rug for my dining room and saw they had a sale going on. Picked up a nice Sisal Rug with Faux Leather Binding. The price felt pretty good for the size I got. It arrived in about 2 weeks, looked just like the pictures. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth, especially with the discount.

Does anyone know if they ever have a first-time buyer discount? Want to grab a large custom rug and every bit helps.
How are their return policies for custom rugs? What if it's not quite right when it arrives?
Hey, thinking about getting a custom jute rug from here. How long does it actually take to ship something like that? I'm in NYC.
Are these guys legit? Like, the quality is actually good for the price? Saw a pretty sweet seagrass rug I like.
Can I stack a seasonal sale discount with, say, a newsletter signup discount? Trying to save as much as possible on a big order.
